November 1, 2010 Forty-Fourth Day

The Worth County Board of Supervisors met pursuant to adjournment with Dave Haugen and Dennis May present. Jeff Creger was absent.

Motion by May, second by Haugen, carried to approve the October 25 & 26, 2010 board minutes.

Motion by May, second by Haugen, carried to go into a closed session at 10:21 a.m. per section 21.5(j) of the Code of Iowa to discuss the purchase of Xenia Rural Water assets.

Motion by May, second by Haugen, carried to reconvene the regular meeting at 10:45 a.m.

Mr. Lutz will get the final information requested and call in at the November 8, 2010 meeting.

The meeting adjourned until 9:00 A.M., November 8, 2010.
