The Worth County Board of Supervisors met on October 26, 2010 with all members present.

Motion by Creger, second by May, carried to go into a closed session at 10:11 a.m. per section 21.5(j) of the Code of Iowa to discuss the purchase of Xenia Rural Water assets.

Motion by May, second by Creger, carried to reconvene the meeting at 11:01 a.m.

The board asked Mr. Lutz to get additional information before the board meeting next Monday, November 1st.

The meeting adjourned until Monday, November 1, 2010 at 9:00 A.M.
