August 15, 2011 Thirty-Third Day

The Worth County Board of Supervisors met pursuant to adjournment with all members present.

Motion by Abrams, second by Haugen, carried to approve the August 8, 2011 board minutes.

The board received a petition for repairs on DD72/Main Ditch from Ron Rachut. The board instructed Rich Brumm, Worth County Engineer to get quotes.

Motion by Haugen, second by Abrams, carried to approve the clerk of court and sheriff monthly reports.

Motion by Abrams, second by Haugen, carried to accept the Worth County Conservation Board annual report for FY2011 presented by Dean Mueller, Worth County Conservation Director.

Motion by Haugen, second by Abrams, carried to approve the percentage of unfunded military, homestead, elderly, family farm and agland credits by the state be passed on to the taxpayers and be reflected on the tax statements.

Motion by Abrams, second by Haugen, carried to approve the salary change correction for Brook Stein to $21.82/hr.

Motion by Haugen, second by Abrams, carried to approve the payroll eligibility verification for Laurie Olsen at $12.06/hr. submitted by the assessor’s department.

Motion by Abrams, second by Haugen, carried to approve the claim to North Country Equipment-supplies/eng-$111.96.

The meeting adjourned until 9:00 A.M., August 22, 2011.
