January 31, 2011 Fifth Day

The Worth County Board of Supervisors met pursuant to adjournment with all members present.

Motion by Haugen, second by Abrams, carried to approve the January 24, 2011 board minutes.

Motion by Abrams, second by Haugen, carried to approve drafting a letter authorizing NRCS to allow the as builts for the Deer Creek Watershed project be taken to Franklin County to be copied onto a disk.

Motion by Haugen, second by Abrams, carried to approve the Addendum to Agreement for Law Enforcement between Worth County, Iowa and the City of Fertile.

Motion by Abrams, second by Haugen, carried to approve the Class C Liquor License for Thirsty Dog Lounge.

Motion by Abrams, second by Haugen, carried to approve the payroll eligibility verification for Thomas G. Kunstle at $14,400.00 submitted by the county attorney department.

Motion by Abrams, second by Haugen, carried to approve the claim to Mediacom-serv/con-$79.95.

Motion by Haugen, second by May, carried to appoint Ken Abrams to the Worth County Wellness Committee.

Motion by Abrams, second by Haugen, carried to approve the Wellness Program Agreement between The Iowa State Association of Counties and Worth County.
