July 18, 2011 Twenty-Ninth Day

The Worth County Board of Supervisors met pursuant to adjournment with all members present.

Motion by Haugen, second by Abrams, carried to approve the July 11, 2011 board minutes.

Motion by Abrams, second by Haugen, carried to approve the Development Agreement and Assignment and Assumption of Contract Rights between Worth County and Iowa Northern Railway.

Motion by Haugen, second by Abrams, carried to approve the clerk of court’s monthly report and recorder’s quarterly report.

Motion by Haugen, second by Abrams, carried to approve the payroll eligibility verification for Terry R. Young at $17.91/hr. submitted by the engineer’s department.

The meeting adjourned until 8:30 A.M., July 25, 2011.
