October 17, 2011 Forty-Second Day

The Worth County Board of Supervisors met pursuant to adjournment with all members present.

Motion by Abrams, second by Haugen, carried to approve the October 10, 2011 board minutes.

Motion by Abrams, second by Haugen, carried to approve the recorder’s quarterly report and sheriff’s monthly and quarterly report.

Motion by Haugen, second by Abrams, carried to approve the Wellmark Flexible Benefits Renewal effective 1/1/2012 thru 12/31/2012.

Motion by Haugen, second by Abrams, carried to recess the regular meeting at 9:34 a.m. to go into closed session per Code Section 21.5(j) to discuss the purchase of Xenia Rural Water assets.

Motion by Haugen, second by Abrams, carried to reconvene the regular session at 10:22 a.m.

The meeting adjourned until 9:00 A.M., October 24, 2011.
