The
Worth County Board of Supervisors met pursuant to adjournment with all members
present.
Motion
by Abrams, second by May, carried to approve the October 24, 2011 board
minutes.

by Abrams, second by May, carried to approve Resolution #10-31-11
BE
IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of Worth County, Iowa, that Richard
Brumm, the County Engineer of Worth County, Iowa, be and is hereby designated,
authorized, and empowered on behalf of the Board of Supervisors of said County
to execute the certification of completion of work and final acceptance thereof
in accordance with plans and specifications in connection with all
Farm-to-Market and Federal or State aid construction projects in this county.
