September 19, 2011 Thirty-Eighth Day

The Worth County Board of Supervisors met pursuant to adjournment with all members present.

Motion by Abrams, second by Haugen, carried to approve the September 12, 2011 and September 16, 2011 board minutes.

Motion by Abrams, second by Haugen, carried to approve the claim to Iowa Division of Labor Services-serv/gsr-$75.00.

Motion by Haugen, second by Abrams, carried to approve the payroll eligibility verification for Jill K. Schutz for $41,592.00 submitted by the public health department.

Motion by Haugen, second by Abrams, carried to appoint Lisa Parks to the Manly Public Library board.

Motion by Abrams, second by Haugen, carried to recess the regular board meeting until 1:00 P.M.

Motion by Abrams, second by Haugen, carried to reconvene the regular board meeting at 1:00 P.M.

A workshop was held with Terry Lutz from McClure Engineering regarding the options they presented on August 29, 2011 for the purchase and operation of the Xenia Rural Water District facilities.

The meeting adjourned until 9:00 A.M., September 26, 2011.
