September 6, 2011 Thirty-Sixth Day

The Worth County Board of Supervisors met pursuant to adjournment with all members present.

Motion by Abrams, second by Haugen, carried to approve the August 29, 2011 board minutes.

Motion by Abrams, second by Haugen, carried to approve the claim to Cedar Valley Corp-roads/eng-$44,124.98.

Motion by Haugen, second by Abrams, carried to approve the abatement of taxes only in the amount of $667.00 on Par. in SE NW 16-98-20 in the name of Brian T. & Jennifer L. Ullestad.

Motion by Abrams, second by Haugen, carried to approve waiving penalty & costs in the amount of $1,814.00 on dwelling on leased land par in SW SW 34-98-22 in the name of Gary W. & Sheila M. Despenas.

The meeting adjourned until 9:00 A.M., September 12, 2011.
