At 11:30 a.m. a joint meeting with the Worth/Mitchell County Board of Supervisors convened at the Carpenter Bar & Grill to discuss a petition for repairs to Mitchell/Worth Joint Drainage District 6 & 51. Present were Worth County Supervisors Ken Abrams, Dave Haugen, Dennis May, Auditor Kay Clark, Mitchell County Supervisors Bob Marreel, Joel Voaklander, Stan Walk, Auditor Lowell Tesch, County Engineer Rich Brumm and Assistant Engineer Jim Hyde.

                Jim Hyde reviewed a request to replace the main tile through a group of trees and to remove the trees over the main located in the SE ¼ of Section 12 in Barton Township Worth County. Motion by Abrams, second by Marreel to do the project. The County Engineer will obtain quotes for the repairs. Roll call vote: all ayes.

                The Engineer’s salary for FY 2012 was discussed. A joint conference call will be scheduled for May 31^st at 9:15 a.m. to take action.
