October 20, 2008 Forty-Third Day

The Worth County Board of Supervisors met pursuant to adjournment with all members present.

Motion by Bang, second by May, carried to approve the October 13, 2008 board minutes.

Motion by May, second by Bang, carried to approve the final plans for project BROS-CO98(52)- -8J-98.

Motion by Bang, second by May, carried to recess the regular board meeting.

Motion by May, second by Bang, carried to open the public hearing at 10:05 a.m. for the first reading of Ordinance #10/20/08 readopting the existing county code and all amendments thereto. Public comment was heard.

Motion by Bang, second by May, carried to close the public hearing at 10:10 a.m.

Motion by May, second by Bang, carried to reconvene the regular board meeting.

Motion by May, second by Bang, carried to waive the second and third reading and adopt Ordinance #10/20/08 readopting the existing county code and all amendments thereto.

Motion by May, second by Bang, carried to approve the flexible benefits plan renewal.

The meeting adjourned until 9:00 A.M., October 27, 2008.
