September 2, 2008 Thirty-Sixth Day

The Worth County Board of Supervisors met pursuant to adjournment with Darrell Bang and Dennis May present. Jeff Creger was absent.

Motion by May, second by Bang, carried to approve the August 25, 2008 board minutes.

Motion by May, second by Bang, carried to approve the abatement of taxes only in the amount of $175.00 on S ½ SE NE 30-100-21 in the name of Xenia Rural Water District.

The meeting adjourned until 9:00 A.M., September 8, 2008.
