August 3, 2009 Thirty-First Day

The Worth County Board of Supervisors met pursuant to adjournment with all members present.

Motion by Haugen, second by Creger, carried to approve the July 27, 2009 board minutes.

Motion by Creger, second by Haugen, carried to approve the claim to Cedar Valley Corporation, roads/eng $124,208.50.

Motion by Haugen, second by Creger, carried to approve the destruction of claims and warrants through June 30, 2004.

Motion by Haugen, second by Creger, carried to approve the class C liquor license for Rock Gone Wild, LLC Iowa.

The meeting adjourned until 9:00 A.M., August 10, 2009.
