December 21, 2009 Fifty-First Day

The Worth County Board of Supervisors met pursuant to adjournment with all members present.

Motion by Haugen, second by Creger, carried to approve the December 14, 2009 board minutes.

Motion by Creger, second by Haugen, carried to approve the claim to DM&E Railroad - ins/eng - $300.00.

Motion by Creger, second by Haugen, carried to address Kingland’s petition for DD2/Main by installing 24” tile from the open ditch to the Hengesteg west boundary approximately 1,070 feet.

Motion by Haugen, second by Creger, carried to approve the salary increase for Michael Ingersoll to $15.11/hr.

Motion by Creger, second by Haugen, carried to approve the clerk of court monthly report.

The meeting adjourned until 9:00 A.M., December 28, 2009.
