February 2, 2009 Fifth Day

The Worth County Board of Supervisors met pursuant to adjournment with all members present.

Motion by Haugen, second by Creger, carried to approve the January 26, 2009 board minutes.

Motion by Creger, second by Haugen, carried to approve $.51/mile as the mileage rate effective February 1, 2009.

Motion by Creger, second by Haugen, carried to approve Kris Rugland’s request for a 30,000 gallon anhydrous storage tank.

Motion by Creger, second by Haugen, carried to recess the regular board meeting.

Motion by Haugen, second by Creger, carried to open the public hearing at 10:00 a.m. for the second reading of Ordinance #01/26/09 Worth County, Iowa, Zoning Ordinance (unincorporated areas of Hartland, Brookfield, & Danville Townships). Public comment was heard.

Motion by Haugen, second by Creger, carried to close the public hearing at 10:25 a.m.

Motion by Creger, second by Haugen, carried to reconvene the regular meeting.

Motion by Creger, second by Haugen, carried to approve the second reading of Ordinance #01/26/09 Worth County, Iowa, Zoning Ordinance (unincorporated areas of Hartland, Brookfield, & Danville Townships). The third and final reading will be February 9, 2009 at 10:00 a.m.

The meeting adjourned until 9:00 A.M., February 9, 2009.
