July 20, 2009 Twenty Ninth Day

The Worth County Board of Supervisors met pursuant to adjournment with all members present.

Motion by Haugen, second by Creger, carried to approve the July 13, 2009 board minutes.

Motion by Creger, second by Haugen, carried to approve the quote from B & W Control Specialists in the amount of $34,000.00 for tree and brush control in DD#17-$4500; DD #72-$1500; DD#23-$5500; DD#8-$2000; DD#7-$8500; DD#7/L-9-$2000; DD#10/Lower-$3500; DD#10/Upper-$1500; DD#10 Upper/L-7-$1500; DD#10 Upper/L-9-$2500; DD#10/L-A-1-$250; DD#11/M-K-$750.

Motion by Haugen, second by Creger, carried to approve payroll eligibility verification for Richard C. Brumm at $65,000.00 submitted by the engineer’s department.

The meeting adjourned until 9:00 A.M., July 27, 2009.
