March 16, 2009 Eleventh Day

The Worth County Board of Supervisors met pursuant to adjournment with all members present.

Motion by Haugen, second by Creger, carried to approve the March 9, 2009 board minutes.

Motion by Creger, second by Haugen, carried to approve Resolution #3/16/09 setting date for a public hearing on designation of the Worth County UR-2 Economic Development Urban Renewal Area and on urban renewal plan and project for April 13, 2009 at 10:00 a.m.

Motion by Haugen, second by Creger, carried to approve the clerk of court’s monthly report.

Motion by Creger, second by Haugen, carried to approve the salary changes for Lynn Butler to $17.66/hr., Scott Lestrud to $17.66/hr., and Michael Thompson to $22.24/hr.

Motion by Haugen, second by Creger, carried to approve the claims to Alltel in the amount of $107.44 for cell phone/ema and to John E. Reid & Associates in the amount of $1,785.00 for education/shf.

The meeting adjourned until 9:00 A.M., March 23, 2009.
