November 30, 2009 Forty-Eighth Day

The Worth County Board of Supervisors met pursuant to adjournment with all members present.

Motion by Creger, second by Haugen, carried to approve the November 23, 2009 board minutes.

Motion by Haugen, second by Creger, carried to approve the North Iowa Regional Housing Authority payment in lieu of taxes consideration of waiver for years ending December 31, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, & 2013.

Motion by Creger, second by Haugen, carried to certify TIF debt for the Worth County Iowa Ethanol Urban Renewal Area.

The meeting adjourned until 9:00 A.M., December 7, 2009.
