September 21, 2009 Thirty-Eighth Day

The Worth County Board of Supervisors met pursuant to adjournment with all members present.

Motion by Haugen, second by Creger, carried to approve the September 14, 2009 board minutes.

Motion by Haugen, second by Creger, carried to appoint Bruce Burton as an alternate to the North Iowa Regional Housing Authority Board.

Motion by Creger, second by Haugen, carried to go into closed session at 10:40 a.m. for the purpose of discussing the acquisition of Xenia Rural Water assets.

Motion by Haugen, second by Creger, carried to reconvene the regular board meeting at 12:43 p.m.

Motion by Creger, second by Haugen, carried to approve the salary change for Marilyn Stayner to $14.71/hr.

The meeting adjourned until 9:00 A.M., September 28, 2009.
