September 8, 2009 Thirty-Sixth Day

The Worth County Board of Supervisors met pursuant to adjournment with all members present.

Motion by Creger, second by Haugen, carried to approve the August 31, 2009 board minutes.

Motion by Haugen, second by Creger, carried to approve the claims to Cedar Valley Corporation, roads/eng-$65,285.68; Iowa Department of Agriculture, service/eng-$30.00.

Motion by Creger, second by Haugen, carried to approve the Worth County Planning & Zoning Board of Adjustment recommendation approving the special use permit request for a wind generator tower on the Kenneth Benjegerdes property in Section 23 T98N R21W.

The meeting adjourned until 9:00 A.M., September 14, 2009.
