The Worth County Board of Supervisors met pursuant to adjournment with all members present.

Motion by Creger, second by May, carried to approve the March 29, 2010 board minutes.

Motion by May, second by Creger, carried to approve the contract from Concrete Foundations, Inc. for project #FM-CO98(56)- -55-98, STP-S-CO98(57)- -5E-98, & FM-CO98(60)- -55-98 in the amount of $1,152,406.64.

Motion by Creger, second by May, carried to approve the auditor’s quarterly report.

The meeting adjourned until 9:00 A.M., April 12, 2010.
