The Worth County Board of Supervisors met pursuant to adjournment with all members present.

Motion by May, second by Creger, carried to approve the August 23, 2010 board minutes.

Motion by Creger, second by May, carried to approve the claims to Thomas Capranos-rent/Vaf-$200.00; Greve Law Office-Rent-$300.00; ISAC Group Health-health ins. prem.-$40,783.00; Hal Johnson-Rent-$940.00; Worth County-health ins. prem.-$1,517.00; Worth County Public-labor/Tra-$590.00.

Motion by May, second by Creger, carried to approve the salary change for Cheryl Huebner to $43,721.52 and Mark Wubben to $45,364.80.

Motion by May, second by Creger, carried to approve the Class B Native Wine Permit for Bolan Schoolhouse & Cultural Center.

Motion by Creger, second by May, carried to approve the Planning Grant Agreement between Iowa Homeland Security and Emergency Management Division and Worth County.
