January 18, 2010 Third Day

The Worth County Board of Supervisors met pursuant to adjournment with all members present.

Motion by Creger, second by May, carried to approve the January 11, 2010 board minutes.

Motion by May, second by Creger, carried to approve the claim to Mathy Construction – roads/eng - $244,331.56.

Motion by Creger, second by May, carried to approve the agreement with Iowa DOT to permit the use of Worth County secondary roads 440^th St., Raven Ave., & CO 105 as a detour to begin August 1, 2010 and end September 30, 2010.

Motion by Creger, second by May, carried to approve the sheriff’s quarterly report.

Motion by May, second by Creger, carried to change the mileage rate to $.46/mile effective February 1, 2010.

The meeting adjourned until 9:00 A.M., January 25, 2010.
