June 21, 2010 Twenty-Fifth Day

The Worth County Board of Supervisors met pursuant to adjournment with all members present.

Motion by May, second by Creger, carried to approve the June 14, 2010 board minutes and the June 15, 2010 joint Mitchell/Worth board minutes.

Jim Hyde gave his report on the petition for repairs on DD11/ Main A submitted by Jerry Olson. The board tabled the request.

The board approved the claim to Union Pacific Railroad Company-exp/eng-$500.00.

Motion by Creger, second by May, carried to approve the Class C Liquor License for Happy Time Resort, Lake Mills.

Motion by May, second by Creger, carried to approve the request for a fireworks permit for July 4^th submitted by Steve Davidson, 2126 - 490^th St., Northwood; for the weekend of July 2^nd, 3^rd, & 4^th submitted by Happy Time Resort, 526 – 470^th St., Lake Mills; and for the weekend of August 6^th, 7^th, & 8^th submitted by Michael & Barb Schulte, 1239 Hwy 9, Manly.

The meeting adjourned until 9:00 A.M., June 28, 2010.
